RentRedi RentRedi: RentRedi's online payment system allows tenants to pay rent online. However, RentRedi’s payment system has a few limitations. Once a payment is processed, it cannot be reversed, which can be problematic if there’s an error. Additionally, managing and returning security and pet deposits can be challenging, as the system may struggle with defining and processing these deposit types effectively.

This involves using a separate login and learning a different system. The pricing for REI Hub is as follows: $25/month for 3 units, $39/month for 10 units, $59/month for 20 units, and $99/month for unlimited units. As the accounting functions are not seamlessly integrated into the main platform, users may experience difficulties in accessing and managing financial information.

However, the basic maintenance features are limited. For enhanced support, RentRedi offers a vendor system where requests trigger outreach and vetting. Premium features include vendor management, work order handling, and cost control for $15/per unit, and $25/per unit for full coordination through a vendor system.
