To get started, simply create a free or Starter account, choose Service Pro during setup, and build your business profile. By joining TenantCloud, you’ll gain access to tools built to help service professionals grow their business, save time on jobs, and deliver the quality service homeowners deserve.
How can I get new job requests through TenantCloud?
As a service professional, you can receive new job requests directly from landlords and homeowners who need help with repairs, maintenance, or installations. Once you’ve set up your business profile on TenantCloud, property owners can easily find and hire you for jobs like plumbing, HVAC service, electrical work, or other home services.
When a customer submits a maintenance request through TenantCloud, they can choose to send it to a service pro. If your services match their needs, you’ll receive a notification with all the job details. From there, you can review the request, send an estimate, and schedule the job.
This setup makes it simple for service pros to connect with customers, save time finding new business, and grow through consistent job opportunities.
