Innago Innago: Credit, criminal, eviction history, and income verification reports are provided by TransUnion and must be paid for by applicants. Due to recent restrictions from TransUnion, eviction checks are no longer available in twelve jurisdictions.

For an additional $30, you can promote rentals on over 20+ popular Internet Listing Services (ILS), including Rent.com, RealtyStore.com, Redfin, Rentals.com, Oodle, Apartment Guide, RentalSource, Rentalads.com, and Zumper.

Innago Innago: Innago syndicates listings for free on such ILS sites as Realtor, Zumper, PadMapper, RentLingo, Uloop, Trovit, and Movoto. For additional cost, users can syndicate their listings on Zillow.

TenantCloud TenantCloud: You can set up daily, weekly, bi-weekly, and many other recurring invoice options on TenantCloud. TenantCloud also accepts online payments via credit, debit, ACH, and more with no hidden fees for connecting your bank. You can add virtually legal entities and bank accounts on TenantCloud and automatically route transactions to specific accounts. Need to refund a payment such as a security deposit back to a tenant? You can do that on TenantCloud online. Once your account is verified, payments are processed even faster, and tenants can make payments directly through our Tenant App, too.

Innago Innago: Innago's online payment system enables tenants to pay rent via ACH or credit/debit card, with ACH fees at $2 and credit/debit card payments at 2.99%. The platform supports automatic reminders, flexible payment scheduling, and offline payment recording for landlords. Additionally, landlords can access detailed payment reports and export data as needed for better financial tracking.

TenantCloud TenantCloud: TenantCloud provides a comprehensive suite of landlord documents starting with the Growth plan. These include state-specific forms, tax-related forms, addendums, security deposit receipts, and property management agreements. Users have the ability to create their documents right in their dashboard or download PDFs, ensuring you can have everything you need signed online with eSignature.

Innago Innago: The platform provides only free state-specific residential leases and universal cosigner addendum on their website, which users can download, modify, and e-sign.

With the Growth plan, you can easily generate nearly two dozen reports, including 1099-NEC and 1099-MISC forms directly from the dashboard, simplifying tax season. The Tax Preparation Report aligns with IRS Schedule E categories and offers clear insights into your financial data, available in both Excel and PDF formats. With the Pro plan users can use the Reconciliation feature.
