Innago: Innago syndicates listings for free on such ILS sites as Realtor, Zumper, PadMapper, RentLingo, Uloop, Trovit, and Movoto. For additional cost, users can syndicate their listings on Zillow.
TenantCloud: You can set up daily, weekly, bi-weekly, and many other recurring invoice options on TenantCloud. TenantCloud also accepts online payments via credit, debit, ACH, and more with no hidden fees for connecting your bank. You can add virtually legal entities and bank accounts on TenantCloud and automatically route transactions to specific accounts. Need to refund a payment such as a security deposit back to a tenant? You can do that on TenantCloud online. Once your account is verified, payments are processed even faster, and tenants can make payments directly through our Tenant App, too.
