Can an email be automatically sent to the tenant when rent is due?

Yes, tenants can receive emails automatically when their rent is due .  in the Notifications settings, they can adjust the notifications they would like to receive. Please note that you can not enable/disable notifications for your tenants. They will want to adjust the notifications settings on their end.
